Connecting a Stadia controller to an iPhone or iPad is slightly different because you can’t actually use the Stadia app to play games on iOS. You can use the app to set up your controller and connect it to Wi-Fi, but the app doesn’t actually let you stream games due to App Store policies. To connect your Stadia controller to your iPhone or iPad and play Stadia games, you actually use Safari. Stadia runs as a responsive web app in Safari, and you can even create an app icon for it that will appear with all of the rest of your apps. How to Add the Stadia Web App to Your Home Screen
