How to Unblock a Contact on Older Versions of Skype
Older versions of Skype for Android and iOS may not hide blocked contacts. Instead, these apps display a red Stop icon next to the name. To unblock these people, long-press their names, access their profile, and tap Unblock contact. Similarly, older versions of Skype on Android or iOS may not hide a blocked contact if their number is saved in the phone’s app contacts. These contacts have On Skype as Name/Username listed underneath their entries in the Skype contact list.
